I have severe congestion in my nose and this has let me breath better. I was using nasal pillow gear and had to over use decongetants at night. My only issue with it is the mask has caused a sore above my mustache just under my nose. I am having to put a bandaid there to use the mask.

I use a high level of air pressure which to prevent leakage, tight headgear straps Thus the nose piece cuts into my upper lip.

Store owner replied: Hello Joe. Thank you for your review. Even at high pressures, the headgear should not be overtightened so that the mask is pressing against your face. The mask should sit comfortably on your face and should seal on it's own when therapy starts.

Nice! Very comfortable and the best part about this package is that all cushions were provided, so I was able to get the perfect fit. The only downside is there is no quick disconnect from the hose, so I have to take off the mask and put it back on after a potty break.
