Temporary Refund Policy Update (Effective March 1st, 2020)

Help Medical Supplies will NOT accept returns of ANY items REGARDLESS of condition (opened, unopened, new, or used).  



If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason please call us immediately at 855-664-6763. 

Order cannot be canceled via email, chat or ticket.

Once an order has tracking number the order cannot be canceled.

To avoid potential risks of contamination during the Covid-19 pandemic, we are not accepting returns at this time.

This temporary change is in place until further notice.

For items purchased before March 1st, 2020, the following return policy is in effect.

Once an order ships it is unable to be canceled or returned.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery with receipt and original packaging for a refund, & a 20% handling / Restocking fee will be the charge on all orders.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Once a label is created for your order a restocking fee will be charged for any cancellation. 

Help Medical Supplies will NOT accept returns on any hygienic items. Any hygienic item that is returned used or opened will be placed in quarantine and the customer will have to pay the shipping cost to have the item returned to them within 5 business days or the item will we disposed of.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Help Medical supplies offers Free Shipping On ALL Orders In The Continental United States. The minimum purchase to qualify for free shipping is 89.00 dollars. Every order placed in the Continental United States over 89.00 dollars will ship for free unless you choose other expedited options. (Free Shipping does not apply to rentals)

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Orders received after 12:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time) are shipped out on the following business day excluding holidays and weekends.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST are shipped out the following Monday
  • You will be notified of your shipping status through email
    That is why it is important to provide us with an email address when checking out
  • Please note: Order processing may take up to a week on certain products 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
