For a top of the line machine it does not perform any better than the Drive Power Neb Ultra which costs about $30. Both machines take the same amount of time to nebulize Budesonide and Albuterol. The PARI LC Sprint Reusable Nebulizer with 6 Foot Tubing is $13 to $15. The nebulizer I use with the Power Neb Ultra is $1.72. The Pari PRONEB Max Nebulizer is my rather expensive backup machine.
