the units cooling fan doesn't seem to be working so after thirty minutes of time it just sends an alarm red light flashes . what can i do to remedies these problems? th machine is very nice other than that problem.

My wife likes it so far. We have had only a week now, but work great. We even received a free starter kit with unit. Our unit dude not have the groovy decals on the front of the unit that the pictures showed!? Wish we could get them sent to us here. Other that that, it is fairly quiet, easy to use, just like the larger Invacare Platium 10 she had, being rented/supplied. Very easy to move around when needed. Nice concentrator.

I've only used it one night. Seems fine and is fairly quiet. Much quieter than my other unit. I can sleep in the same room with it and it doesn't make intermittent noises. Just a steady hum which is easier to tune out. So far so good.
