Store owner replied: The product listing states that this refurbished CPAP machine includes a 6 ft standard CPAP hose. A heated tube is not included with this unit but is available separately as an optional accessory.

I was so pleased with the prompt service I got. My old cpap was on the fritz and I was so concerned. But within a couple hours of me ordering my new one it was on the way. It got here sooner than I expected and has been running great. They addressed all my concerns and were amazing. I plan to keep using them for my future needs.

I love the Air Sense 11. It's very user friendly, quiet and the small size is perfect. I would give it 5 stars if not fot the difficulty of filling the water chamber. It's just very cumbersome having to open the chamber and nearly impossible to fill without some spillage. But overall, it's a great machine.
