Overview:
This small CPAP is the REMstar Plus model for the Respironics System One line, and comes with CFLEX, which is an on-or-off feature that, if turned on reduces the pressure during exhalation by up to 3cm h20. This DS260 REMstar Plus with CFLEX comes with a 4cm h20 to 20cm h20 pressure range capability, and ramp feature. There is basic compliance recording available on this refurbished CPAP (reports amount of use, average nightly use, etc), that will satisfy DOT and FAA reporting requirements. The System One DS260 REMstar Plus CPAP does integrate with the DS60 System One Heated Humidifier (6-pin connector model). The System One line, along with the M Series by Respironics represents a perfect travel CPAP, as it is small, and easily powers from an external power source, like a lithium ion battery, or car cigarette lighter. It should be noted that the DS260 heated humidifier configuration does have the option to utilize the thermal tubing accessory, which allows the heated humidifier to adjust the heat setting automatically.
