Store owner replied: Please first check that your Climate Control setting is set to Auto. This allows the machine to automatically adjust the temperature and humidity levels. If you are still experiencing water in the hose, you can try increasing the tube temperature or lowering the humidifier setting slightly to help reduce condensation.
