The product is good and compact how ever i have two observations: 1-it needs extra cushioning on the shoulder side. Specially that most of the patients are elders 2- unfortunately, the distributor in Kuwait do not sell or offer this model of bags, they only offer the cheaper one which is carried by hand. And did not offer any further support when we asked them to facilitate the delivery of this purchased model

Was ok
Works great. I love the compartment at the bottom to store a charger and other necessities. Definitely would buy this a second time if necessary.
