PARI PRONEB Max Nebulizer Compressor – High-Performance Aerosol Therapy for Heavy-Duty Use
The PARI PRONEB Max Nebulizer Compressor is engineered for patients who require frequent, dependable respiratory treatments—delivering powerful, efficient aerosol therapy in just 5 minutes per session. Designed for durability and comfort, the PRONEB Max features PARI’s strongest 1.6 bar compressor, ideal for those managing chronic respiratory conditions like COPD, cystic fibrosis, and asthma.
This next-generation compressor builds on the success of the Vios Pro with a sleeker, quieter design and lower operating temperature, making it easier and more comfortable to use throughout the day. Whether paired with the LC Sprint® for fast treatments or the LC PLUS® for clinical-grade consistency, the PRONEB Max ensures reliable, breath-enhanced drug delivery while minimizing medication waste
PARI LC Sprint Nebulizer Cup
PARI’s fastest breath-enhanced nebulizer, delivering treatments in just 5–6 minutes. Its unique winged design improves airflow for quick, consistent particle delivery deep into the lungs while minimizing medication waste. Ideal for patients seeking faster daily therapy without compromising effectiveness.
PARI LC Plus Nebulizer Cup
The trusted gold standard in nebulizer therapy, used in clinical trials for over 30 years to validate new respiratory medications. Its T-shaped baffle and integrated valve system ensure precise, consistent aerosol delivery with minimal drug loss—making it ideal for managing asthma, COPD, and cystic fibrosis. Slightly longer treatment times (6–8 minutes) prioritize clinical-grade performance and reliability.

While this nebulizer machine feels more substantial in size and weight it does not work any faster than my old unit. I do believe it is well built and should last longer. Noise level is about the same as others. It isn't a bad nebulizer, most people are likely to appreciate it.
