It arrived packed well in a box, only some small scrapes on the side. It is a refurbished unit. The only thing that I was a little concerned about is the 02 sensor low light was coming on, but after reading, it looks like it does this for about fifteen minutes and then it goes off.So generally I am pleased with it if the light doesn't mean anything.
