The Respironics DS760 BIPAP Auto with BIFLEX is one of only a few BIPAP machines on the market that truly qualifies as a travel BIPAP machine, as it is small, and easily powers from an external power source, like a lithium ion battery, or car cigarette lighter.
The System One DS760 BIPAP Auto offers the traditional BIPAP mode, which allows for programming of both the inspiratory and expiratory pressure setting, with a pressure range of 4cm h20 to 25cm h20. It also offers Auto titration, or Auto adjusting mode, which adjusts the pressure setting within a set, programmed pressure range, to provide the least amount of pressure required. The BIPAP also has a ramp feature, and BIFLEX, which if turned on, creates a smoother transition from inspiratory to expiratory phases - often referred to as the 'rounding' feature. The DS760 BIPAP devices offer comprehensive data recording for up to 9 months of AHI, Leak Rate, compliance data such as usage, average usage, average pressures, etc.
