Customer service was AWESOME and very helpful when dealing with delays in delivery of a refurbished product I purchased. They offered a brand new alternative product for the same price that I paid for the refurbished one. The product I was offered works fine, but I say I’m slightly annoyed that I need to run the machine for a minute after I’m done with treatment to remove the moisture buildup in the tubing and pump. I’ve never had to do this before with any other equipment I’ve ever owned. This IS NOT a reflection on the company. I just should have stuck with the original compressor I wanted. I would definitely work with them again, but I would have made a different decision regarding the compressor.
