I did a little homework prior to purchasing my cpap. This definitely hands down what's the most popular. I've been a CPAP user for over 15 years. This one is very easy to set up, has been attractive look on my nightstand and pressure delivery is very comfortable. I have had cpaps that have taken me a little time to get used to, but this one from day one did the job perfectly.

The rep handling my order was professional, friendly and efficiently processed the order which was delivered quickly. My experience with this machine is limited in that I have owned / used it just under a month so I can't speak to its long term serviceability. That said.... So far the RM 11 has somewhat outperformed my expectations. The automatic humidifier setting seems to work very well. The water reservoir capacity has been sufficient to last my sleep durations without excessive waste of the distilled water and the one occasion I outslept the water capacity, the lack of water never interrupted my sleep and went unnoticed. I dont believe that the truly perfect mask exists for anyone and I'll always wish they weren't necessary, but in my 12 years of cpap experience of having all of this equipment strapped to my head and face, this mask has worked at least as well as any I have tried and far better than most as I experience no leakage and once adjusted, remains sealed & in tact. One caveat there is that even as a life long right side sleeper, I have forced myself to become used to sleeping on my back to prevent issues with masks being nudged out of position causing leaks. Nothing more frustrating than losing sleep due to blasts of forced air to the eyes with the slightest head movement. Cheers.

the cpap machine is great, i gave it one star because on the day it arrived HELP medical had a sale that could have saved me $65 but when i call and asked for the sale price they said no such thing. So the machine is great but HELP medical needs better price policies

Needed a new CPAP machine and ordered in the website. Had issues with order fulfillment but Eric made certain my machine was shipped over night. It was! My OSA is bad so this therapy is crucial to my well-being. They were sensitive this and it is so very appreciated. Many medical supply agencies fall short in customer care.
